Ordering and Dispatch

Please be aware that orders over the Bank Holiday WILL be delayed. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Friday the 24th of May before 4pm is the last day of same day dispatch, this means that your order should be with you on Tuesday the 28th (if you live in Mainland UK) however, there may be delays due to the pressure our couriers are put under during such busy periods so please be patient.

If you receive any emails from DPD during this period stating that your order will be with you soon and it does not have your 1 hour delivery slot included in it please disregard this as it is most likely an automated message you have been sent from DPD as your order was processed by us, it is not necessarily accurate unless it has a time slot included in it.

We once again apologise for any inconvenience this causes and normal dispatch should resume once the Bank Holiday is over. Thank you for being patient with us :)

Orders placed before 4pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday*.
Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday for Mainland UK will be delivered Tuesday*.
If you are placing a large order i.e. £100+ please make sure that you place your order well before the 4pm cut off point as it will take time to pack and may miss the collection.
In our busy periods orders may be delayed.
There may delays after a Bank Holiday weekend.
If your parcel has not been delivered 7 days after ordering, please contact us at sales@naio.co.uk or send us a message over Facebook , as we are unable to track down parcels after 3 weeks.

1) Just add your item(s) to the online shopping cart.
2) Click on shopping basket and check that everything is correct.
3) Once you are happy with your order, click on the checkout page near the top right hand corner of the screen.
4) At the checkout stage, fill in the shipping details, making sure to complete all the required fields and submit it to our secure online payments gateway using your credit or debit card.
(All orders must be paid for before we ship. Most major credit/debit cards are accepted)

Please ensure that your order is correct before paying, as due to our next working day delivery, we will not be able to add to your order after it has been placed and paid for.

Please provide a mobile number as this will allow the courier to inform you of a 1 hour delivery slot for Mainland UK orders.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, we do not store your card information.
If you do not want to give your card details over the phone (e.g large orders) and would like to pay via Credit or Debit card, a payment link will be sent to your email address where you can pay for your order securely through the Cardsave/3D Secure Payment system.
If you have placed the order over the phone and would like to pay via a bank transfer please advise the agent and payment information will be emailed to you


Credit or Debit Card:
We are able to accept most Credit or Debit Cards (except American Express).
All cards are processed securely and you will be required to submit credit card validation through the online 3D Secure system.
